Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products (e.g., natural henna cones, powders, or skin-contact items), we do not accept returns unless:

The item you received is damaged, defective, or

You received the wrong product
If your product falls under these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please:

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your eligibility.
3. Refund Process
If your request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If paid via COD, we may require your bank or UPI details for the refund.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

Used or opened products

Henna cones or powders that have been tampered with

Custom or personalized items

Gift cards or free promotional products
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account or payment app again

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
